If you have chronic pain, you know what it is like to meet obstacles in the road. Getting a diagnosis can be difficult and time-consuming -- pain and fatique may frequently put a crimp in your plans. While at first, taking personal repsonsibility may not sound like fun, it often proves to be gentle, effective and self-empowering. Simple steps are all that is needed to begin to take charge of your chronic pain experience.
