Universal Health Coverage for San Franciscians

Well, it is finally happening. The first U.S. city to offer universal health care coverage to all of its citizens is San Francisco. Mind you, however, this is not a health insurance policy. About's Liberal Politics editor, Deborah White, will give you the details.
