Effective break-taking while working at the computer should target the various areas of the spine. Sometimes you may only have time for one small < 2minute break, while at other times you may find a small program helpful.

This gallery of images has several effective stretch and strengthening exercises -- easy to do while at the computer. You can pick 1 out for a short interlude or go through the entire set of 4. The main thing is, don't forget to take your break!
