Hot off the presses is my new intermediate yoga for back pain e-course. This new course addresses spinal flexibility and includes substantial information on common back injuries and how they might interact with the poses. The course will increase your knowledge on which poses might help your injury, which might make it worse, and when, why and how to work with decreased intensity. The course covers four poses. If you feel you need a primer first, you can sign up for the Beginner E-course.
