I had a stroke which made my back even worse then it was. Along with medication, my wife got me this nifty TENS Unit for Pain from LGMedSupply.com. It was less than 60 dollars and it helped me take less medication, and I use it everyday for 15 minutes. I know this is not a cure for everyone, but it is something portable that will provide great pain relief. In my case the lower back. Now I ordered a back brace from them, so we will se how that works. What do you think of tens units in combination with medicine??
