Don't Let the Holidays Get the Better of Your Back!

Do wall squats to strengthen the muscles that support your back and body posture.

Now that the holiday season is officially upon us, you may find yourself losing track of those spinal structures that support your body posture. Perhaps they are temporarily lost under the extra food consumed during holiday revelry. In particular, the muscles of the seat may get lost, and that's too bad, because when they are strong and flexible, they do a good job of supporting your back and keeping pain and strain away. So why not take a moment for some wall squats, and counter the inevitable holiday sag early?
