Exercising with Back Pain - Is it Safe to Exercise With Back Pain?

So you hurt your back. Maybe you strained a muscle. Can you go to the gym, or should you wait? Depending on what is really going on, you may be able to get away with doing some at home therapies and modified activity while at the gym. But with a sore back, now might be the time to try some body work or other postural alignment activities.
