Causes of Poor Posture

Posture and postural alignment is a complex interaction between several factors.  Avoiding neck pain or back pain may be but a matter of minding your posture.
Most of the time we pay attention to posture only when we get a crick in the neck or pain from sleeping in an awkward position.. But in reality, posture is complex, and is created by a number of things that interact. Learn more about the causes of poor posture.

I also wanted to add that over 85% of people slouch when at their computers. An enormous amount of people are not aware that their backs are bent when using their computer or at their work desk. This can cause future pain developments. I just wanted to add this little fact. Great info Anne.
