Will this heat wave never end?  It is really affecting my motivation to exercise, including doing back exercises.  Fortunately, water exercise is not only a way to beat the the pounding summer heat, but for most of us, it is also a way to keep back muscles tuned and tooled.  Water takes a load off your joints, builds up core posture muscles, and can be fun and refreshing, too.  There are numerous other benefits to exercising in the pool, so check out the link to read my list.

Warning:  For some, water exercise is not recommended.
