Will this heat wave never end? It is really affecting my motivation to exercise, including doing back exercises. Fortunately, water exercise is not only a way to beat the the pounding summer heat, but for most of us, it is also a way to keep back muscles tuned and tooled. Water takes a load off your joints, builds up core posture muscles, and can be fun and refreshing, too.
