Are you and avid reader with neck or back pain?  If you are, my guess is, you've already discovered the virtues of an e-reader.  An e-reader can save you the strain of lifting and carrying pounds and pounds of books.  But unless you've got a way to prop your e-reader up, you may still find it bothersome to your muscles.  Check out  my short list of e-reader covers I think may be helpful to neck or back sufferers.

I recommend searching the internet for issues relating to back pain before buying any books, most of the valuable information relating to treatment etc is readily available.
