Invasive or Non-Invasive Back Care?

In the world of back and neck care, there are invasive and non-invasive treatments.

What's the difference?  Well, let's just say that most of the time all you need is the non-invasive type.  Examples of non-invasive spine treatment include:  Physical therapy, doing your back exercises, and similar things.  Non-invasive care is all most people need because 80% of back pain is muscle/posture related, and therefore responds well to this type of care.  (Invasive treatments are things like back surgery, for example discectomy.)
