If pain and stiffness associated with neck arthritis causes your quality of live to go down, I hope you are willing to work with movement and exercise. An exercise program that's tailored to your condition, i.e. the kind you get from your doctor or physical therapist (and in some cases, community classes sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation) may go a long way toward helping you relieve the symptoms and increase your ability perform routine physical tasks.
