Appendicular Skeleton - The Skeleton of the Extremeties

Definition: The appendicular skeleton is that part of the skeleton that makes up the extremities, i.e. the arms and the legs. The appendicular skeleton includes the hip/pelvic bone and the sholder girdle (clavicle and scapula).
