Ergonomic experts recommend that those of us working at our desk for long periods of time be sure to take breaks to stretch and strengthen the back. This category contains stretch and strength exercises suitable for work breaks. Many are recommended by the American Physical Therapy Association. I have added suggestions to each for alignment and additional strength or strech challenge, plus some variations.
