Desk ExercisesErgonomic experts recommend that those of us working at our desk for long periods of time be sure to take mini-breaks to stretch and strengthen the back. This category contains descriptions of stretch and strength exercises suitable for work breaks. Many are recommended by the American Physical Therapy Association. In general I have added some suggestions to each description for alignment and additional strength or strech challenge, plus some variations.
