The terrain of your garden might require you to twist or turn your spine while weeding. This does not mean you have to kink up your spine to get a hold of the weeds. Just keep you attention on how you are doing the movements. Monitor for tension in the shoulders, remember to keep your spine long. Steer any turning, leaning or twisting movements of your spine from your pelvis.
