What are Tender Points?
Tender points are charecteristic of fibromyalgia. Along with the presence of 11 out of 18 tender points, fibromyalgia is also usually accompanied by widespread pain and chronic fatigue. Tender points are different than trigger points.
Medication Tolerance
In the quest for relief from chronic back pain, tolerance to a medication or drug you might be taking may increase the number of pills you feel the need to take.
