After a stressful day of driving, managing the kids and/or working at the computer you may find you have sore shoulders. In particular, there's one spot at the top of the shoulder blade that can get really tender. The muscle is called the levator scapula muscle (levator refers to lift, and scapula is the flat triangular bone known as your shoulderblade).
