With sitting you take a load off your feet, legs and back. You can maximize this effect by positioning yourself so that the weight of your body is supported through the bones.

Locate your two sitting bones (on the bottom of your seat) and make a firm connected between them and the bucket. Keep your feet planted firmly and evenly on the ground. Spread your legs apart, and position your arm into your leg to help secure your sitting posture.
